ONLINE RETURNS

Merchandise purchased on Trophyfactoryplus.com in its original condition must be returned within 60 days of the ship date found on the Packing List. Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.

Please allow up to 28 business days from when we receive the items for your account to be refunded. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process. Items personalized are not eligible for returns.

For any in-store purchases, we are unable to provide refunds or exchanges via mail. Any item bought in our store must be returned directly to any the store. Price adjustments will not be honored for online purchases.

60-DAY RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns will not be accepted without an original purchase receipt. All merchandise must be returned in the original selling condition and include the original product packaging. Merchandise may be returned for the full refund to the original form of payment up to 60 days from the purchase date. Only non-personalized items can be returned.
